Safety Campaign Ghana, represented by Damoah Emmanuel Nyarkoh, was featured on Joy News during the 2023 World Day for Safety and Health at Work, an annual event celebrated on April 28th.
The theme of the day was: ‘A safe and healthy working environment is a fundamental principle and right at work.’ This campaign aimed to raise awareness and promote a culture of safety and health, with the goal of reducing the number of work-related deaths and injuries.
Additionally, the Ghana Institute of Safety and Environmental Professionals (GhISEP) was represented by Mr. Seth Quayson.
During the festive season, Safety Campaign Ghana embarked on a public campaign titled: Safety and Security Tips for the Festive Season, sharing invaluable guidance to ensure a joyous and accident-free celebration, promoting a culture of vigilance and responsibility throughout the holiday season and beyond.
Campaigns such as these reflects the mission of Safety Campaign Ghana.
In 2024, an awareness campaign was launched in partnership with Hope TV to continually advocate for Best OHSE Practices.
This initiative was focused on addressing both corporate and home safety concerns to create a safer workplace and communities. The following topics have been discussed so far:
